Gal and Arry's Curry Cruise - The End

Well, as you know it has been one hell of a voyage!

Leaving our jobs, our families, friends and good old Blighty. Sampling the delights of proper authentic Indian food, attending Carolyn and Farhad's wonderful wedding day in Sri Lanka and drinking beer out of tea pots. Then racking up at Koh Samui and meeting El Coyote and all who sailed on her. Larking around on boats with Garry sweating his socks off and fixing diesel engines with his head stuck up his ass.

Cambodia, where we never planned on going, was magical. We stayed for three months driving through the Anka Wat temples on our motorbike every day to work and our picture in Motor Cycle News.

Who can forget the Tiger Temples and Garry with a huge tiger on the end of a lead?

Next was Australia and the Melbourne Formula 1, seeing Jenson and Hamilton winning the race, Pat climbing fearlessly up Sydney Harbour Bridge.

Then on to New Zealand and Garry in his element making pies and the fabulous journey in our beloved van, black water rafting, scaring mother sea lions and some of the best scenery in the world. Another photo in the Waitangi News. Who would have thought we would ever have been able to surf, but Indonesia was the place to learn.

Cyprus was a big learning curve, sea, sun, cycling, more sailing and driving through gorgeous mountain villages on Garry's sexy Ducati, but the work was not great! Plans were reviewed and we decided to put our rusty brains back into business. So we ended up in Uganda working on some really worthwhile projects.

All of this is in addition to the fantastic people we met along the way.

And there the curry cruise ended.

Thank you to all those people we have known and a particular thank you to everyone for their help and support to me in the last two months.

Knowing Garry, you will know that he would want us to carry on in his memory with the life and the inspiration that he gave to us all. So remember those lovely stories and his fabulous smile and he will stay with us all forever.
